Моделі і методи надання психологічної допомоги під час пандемії COVID-19: зарубіжний досвід

Abstract:

У статті подано огляд і результати аналізу та систематизації наявних моделей і методів надання психологічної допомоги під час пандемії COVID-19, опублікованих у фаховій зарубіжній пресі і в офіційних рекомендаціях закордонних освітніх та оздоровчих організацій. Зокрема, висвітлено досвід Аргентини, Великобританії, Італії, Китаю, Кореї, США, Швейцарії. Узагальнено, що роботи з цієї теми охоплюють три напрямки: загальні моделі і стратегії надання психологічної допомоги на різних рівнях; конкретні психологічні методи для роботи з населенням; психологічні рекомендації із самодопомоги та допомоги близьким, у тому числі дітям. Показано, що запропоновані моделі й методи психологічної допомоги спираються на 5 основних орієнтирів: доступність, неперервність, фокусованість, міждисциплінарність, освітній характер втручань.
