dc.description.abstract	У статті охарактеризовано особливості розслідування органами німецької юстиції нацистських злочинів, скоєних у промисловому центрі Східної України — м. Костянтинівці. Розкривається маловідомий аспект, пов'язаний із співпрацею Німеччини і Радянського Союзу щодо переслідування нацистських злочинців. Висвітлено проблеми, пов’язані з використанням наданих радянською стороною матеріалів. The article explores the peculiarities of the investigation of the Nazi crimes, which were committed during the occupation in the industrial center of Eastern Ukraine Kostiantynivka, in the postwar period by the German justice. It is based on original archival sources of the time in German archives. The article reveals a little-known aspect related to cooperation between Germany and the USSR in the prosecution of Nazi criminals, characterizes the role of the Central Office of the State Justice Administrations for the Investigation of National Socialist Crimes in this activity. The assistance was manifested in the transfer of the acts of the «Extraordinary State Commission for Ascertaining and Investigating Crimes Perpetrated by the German-Fascist Invaders and their Accomplices», protocols of interrogation of Nazi criminals, their accomplices and witnesses. The main questions that the German investigation in these cases tried to answer were: the time of the committed crime, the military units of Wehrmacht and Einsatz- Sonderkommandos, which committed the killings, the circle of suspects. The using of materials received from the Soviet side and the identification of Nazi criminals were connected with such problems: incomplete spelling of the names of the suspected persons, incorrectly indicated military ranks or positions, the lack of information about suspected persons with respect to particular crimes. The work practice of the German investigation with the evidence and acts, which were provided by the Soviet justice, is characterized.	uk
