Abstract

This volume represents the proceedings of the selected papers of the Special Edition of International Conference on Monitoring, Modeling & Management of Emergent Economy (M3E2-MLPEED 2020), held in Odessa, Ukraine, on July 13-18, 2020. It comprises 23 contributed papers that were carefully peer-reviewed and selected from 45 submissions.
